- A couple of questions:
-
- 1. What if I start a company named "Foobar" manufacturing a computer
- named "Apple"? Am I going to have troubles or not?
-
- 2. What if I start a company named "Wednesday Computer" manufacturing
- a computer named "Wednesday"? Am I going to be protected by the
- US trademark law or not?
